• Account information, including your name, email address, and profile image when you choose to sign in with Google.
• Information you submit through forms, demo requests, emails, or other communications with us.
• Technical and usage information, including device and browser data, IP address, pages viewed, interactions, and referring pages.
• Business contact and company information supplied by our business visitor identification provider.

We use information to create and secure accounts, operate and improve Sapien, respond to requests, understand how our website is used, communicate about our services, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

When you use Google Sign-In, we use the basic account information you authorize only to authenticate you and provide your Sapien account. We do not sell Google user data. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

We use PostHog to measure site usage and may use privacy-protected session recordings to diagnose usability issues. Form and input values are masked in recordings. We use RB2B to identify business visitors and enrich professional or company profiles. These providers may use cookies or similar technologies as part of their services.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the service, such as Google, Vercel, PostHog, RB2B, scheduling, and email providers; when required by law; or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, and comply with law. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information by contacting us.

Sapien is not directed to children under 13. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where data protection rules may differ.

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Sapien, we may use your mobile phone number to send messages related to our services, demos, research projects, meetings, and related communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared with service providers solely as necessary to provide and operate our messaging services.
