Sapien is a trade name of Outrove Inc. (“Sapien,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Sapien, you agree to these Terms. If you use Sapien on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Sapien provides research, simulation, and decision-support tools. Outputs are estimates and are provided for informational purposes. They are not a guarantee of outcomes or a substitute for professional advice or your own judgment.

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not share access in a way that circumvents account limits or security controls.

You may not misuse Sapien, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, upload unlawful or infringing material, violate another person's rights, or use the service in violation of law.

You retain ownership of content you provide and grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service. Sapien and its software, design, branding, and original content belong to Sapien or its licensors. If you provide feedback, we may use it without restriction or compensation.

Sapien may connect to third-party services, including Google Sign-In. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

Sapien is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sapien will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect Sapien, users, or third parties, or when these Terms are violated. We may update the service or these Terms and will post the revised effective date here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

If you opt in to receive text messages from Sapien, you agree to receive SMS messages regarding our services, demos, research projects, meetings, and related follow-ups.
